Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or using SimFleet (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service.

License

Your subscription grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use SimFleet on devices you personally own or control under your Apple ID. You may not sublicense, redistribute, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.

Acceptable use

• Don’t violate any law or regulation.
• Don’t infringe on the intellectual property of others.
• Don’t attempt to disrupt or compromise the Service.
• Don’t resell, sublicense, or repackage the Service.

Subscriptions and trial

SimFleet is offered on a subscription basis after a 14-day free trial. Subscriptions are billed and managed through Apple’s App Store and renew automatically until cancelled.

Disclaimer

SimFleet is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do our absolute best, but we don’t guarantee the Service is error-free or fit for any particular purpose.
