SimFleet is sold through the Apple App Store. Refunds are handled directly by Apple, not by us.

How to request a refund

  • Visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple ID.
  • Find the SimFleet purchase and click Report a Problem.
  • Choose a reason and submit.

Apple usually responds within 24–48 hours.

Why a 14-day free trial

We offer a full-feature 14-day trial precisely so you can decide whether SimFleet earns the subscription before any money changes hands.

Edge cases

If Apple declines a refund and you believe SimFleet is at fault, email vedran@caffeinatedcode.co and we’ll do our best to make it right.
