End User License Agreement

Apple’s standard EULA

SimFleet for iOS, iPadOS, and macOS is distributed through the Apple App Store. Use of the app is governed by Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which all customers accept on first install.

Mac host (.dmg) addendum

The macOS host is distributed outside the Mac App Store as a signed and notarized .dmg. By installing it, you agree to the same usage rules as the App Store EULA. You may install it on any Mac you personally own or control under the same Apple ID. You may not redistribute the .dmg or its contents.

Termination

This license terminates automatically if you violate its terms, or if your subscription lapses. Upon termination, you must uninstall SimFleet from all devices.
